Arvo Iho – Professor of the International Concordia-Audentes University, founder and leader of the department of film and video production at the Tallinn Pedagogical University, the founder and leader of the Estonian Centre of Audiovisual Culture.

He is the cameraman of 10 feature films, director of  eight documentaries and four feature films, co-screenwriter for feature films.

Arvo Iho is known for such works as: «Games for children of school age» (1985), «Only for the insane» (1991), «Observer» (1998), «The Heart of a she-Bear» (2001), etc. His last film «Gooseberry» was filmed in 2006 (starring Dmitri Pevtsov), and was presented at the XV International Film Festival «Window to Europe».
