He is director of films: «Envoltirovanie by Bosch» (1986), «Day of Love» (1990), «Damned drunkard» (1991), «Miscarriage» (1992). The film «Envoltirovanie by Bosch» (1986) won the gold medal of the International Film Festival in Sweden in 1988.

He made the documentary footage in the television show «Vzglyad» (1987-1989). He is the author of more than 20 scenarios for feature films. The author of the novel «Donpidon», short stories, plays, theoretical works on screenwriting. He taught directing at the St. Petersburg Academy of Culture. Jury member of the First International Children's Film Festival in Moscow (1989). Chairman of the Jury of the international festival of television films «Female topic» (1998-2000). Lecturer at Kazan State University (basics of  scenario, the basics  of TV journalism).
